War on The Blackberries

Today I snapped and decided to launch a full-scale attack on the blackberries. Notice the nice privacy curtain they provide in the 'before' picture.

I haven't done any of the cleanup yet. That mess is currently conveniently hidden on the other side of my fence. Maybe if I leave it there long enough someone else will pick it up.

Now we're going to decide if we really like looking right into the neighboring apartments. We'll probably have to plant some of those marge-simpson-hair trees I hate so much.
